Bug Fixes

• Spawn rates weren't getting completely reset properly when restarting a level.
• Fixed (I hope) issue with simultaneous level-ups causing the upgrades list to overflow sometimes.

Changes

• Updated engine to Godot 4.1 stable
• Blue Sweater value doubled (+1 -> +2)
• Shop armor value doubled (+1 -> +2)
• Shop health value doubled (+5 -> +10)
• Yams health value doubled (+10 -> +20)
